Managing Permissions for Self-Service Makers in Power Platform Environment

Hi,

We have a Power Platform environment where developers have created tables for development purposes.

We now have a requirement to allow self-service makers to create their own Power Apps for conducting surveys and collecting data. They will use Power Automate flows to populate the existing Dataverse tables in this environment.
To support this, I created a security role to assign to self-service makers, enabling them to create Power Apps and add their own tables without modifying the schema of the existing tables.
Is there a way to restrict users from modifying the schema of the existing tables while allowing them to create additional tables within their own solutions in the development environment?
Thanks in advance for your guidance.
