Security roles

Hi All. Last issue with by Build, Security...
 
 have created my own roles privilages and duties wrapped them up together i.e Role has a Duty, Duty has priv etc. But everysingle time I do thsi the build works but the Sync does not and Error Code 31. Any idea or some direction how in VS2022 for a UDE i get the Security roles for my ISV working?
