Purchase Order - Lot Billing

We have some partial invoices from a contractor that are not itemized. There is a contract in place for a large amount. We currently would enter a quantity of one then AP would enter a fraction / 0.15 as an example when receiving the invoice.

I've used other ERP systems where you can set up a lot billing and would enter an partial amount to apply to the large total. Does BC have a better way to receive partial lot billing invoices?

Purchase Order - Lot Billing

Hello,

Business Central doesn’t have a built-in lot billing feature. The best approach is to use partial invoicing on purchase orders or the Jobs/Subscription Billing modules for progress-based billing.

How about using Blanket Purchase Order to create a new order each time?
