Contact and other tables not availble when filing the TO field for an email activity

Hi
I created a CDX environment for a POC. I created a custom table which i intend to add activities to it.
In the same environment i have a shared mailbox which i am managing as a queue.
When i created my first email activity, i could select Contacts and other entities in the TO field.
Later i created another email activity but in the from field, i choose my queue, and since then i only have Queues and Users as table options in the TO and From fields of my email activity.
How do i make the contact table to reappear as an option?
