Are quick create forms in Dynamics 365 Mobile Sales App shared by all apps in the same environment?

Hi,

I have multiple PowerApps in my DEV environment, each with slightly different user requirements. If I understand correctly, the mobile quick create is shown and hidden by the "Leverage quick-create form if available" checkbox. However, this checkbox applies for the environment, and would likely propagate through all the existing apps. Is there no way for each app to have it's own shown/hidden quick-create form options? Thanks!
