ATP - Can we exclude unconfirmed Purchase orders?

Hi,
 
It seems we cannot exclude unconfirmed Purchase orders, meaning those that don't have a "Confirmed ship/receipt date" filled.
It would be beneficial to only focus on these, as from experience the PO is created, then we await a confirmation from the supplier.
