how to disable work split

Hello ... I have seen work splitted into 2 work Ids even when the load id, wave id , shipment id and order number is exactly same...and Even I haven't enable the feature management flight so what could be the reason of work split... please guide...I have also search for work template and location directive configuration but not getting any result.

Hello,

First place to look is the Work Template responsible for that work .

Add the Work Template Name to Work ID and find which Template was used for work creation.

Then go to that work template an verify if there is Maximums applied as constraints in the header (2) or in the Work Order Breaks (3).

Like Danny said, first look at the work header breaks, then look at the location directives, also confrim both work has the same pick location?
