Hi,

I wanna play around Copliot agents.

is there any trial version / free version for us to play around? Or it must be paid?

Is it available on CDX environment?

Sales order agents / Purchase order agents

You can enable it in a US sandbox environment. Last I tested the Purchasing agent is free to use (when I tested a month or two ago) while its in a preview period, but this may have changed as its been rolled out. For the Sales Agent you get an alloted amount of credits each month for free while testing but you will usually hit that limit quite quickly (3-4 end to end scenarios).

If you want to use them further you would need to purchasing copilot credits/licensing. There are details for the consumption based billing model here: Manage consumption-based billing - Business Central | Microsoft Learn
