Email signatures not showing when creating new emails from a Case timeline

When composing a new email from a Case timeline using the Enhanced Email form, the user’s default email signature (related to reply queue he belongs to) does not appear until the email is saved . This does not occur when Replying or Forwarding; those work as expected.
 
 
 
After multiple tests and verifications, it seems to be a front end OOB behaviour and can't seem to find a solution for it...
 
Tried :
  • commenting the JS
  • checking for existing Business Rules
  • same issue with a different test Queue
  • made sure there is no Plugin/Power Automate/Workflow (even though it seems to be a front end issue)
  • the bug doesn't seem to be systematic and could depend where the email is created from (Activities vs Timeline) and in the Timeline if it's a new email vs reply vs forward
Any idea ?
