Need alert for hazardous material

Hi Team,

we are dealing with certain hazardous or worthy (high-value / fragile) materials that are procured from vendors. When such materials arrive at the warehouse gate and the worker performs registration using the mobile app or during Goods Receipt (GRN) in D365 FO:

  1. How can the system inform or alert the warehouse worker that the received material is hazardous / needs special handling / is high-value so that they can handle it carefully?

  2. Can we configure an alert, pop-up, or warning message on the mobile device (Warehouse App) or during registration / product receipt posting to notify the user about special handling requirements?

    An alert or pop-up message is not possible, but you can consider to add a mobile device description: 
     
     
    This description appears on the mobile device for the worker.
