Is there a way to correct a closed purchase order that should have been closed with an effective date 9/30/2025 but was closed with date 11/4/2025?

In general any ERP will not allow you to change or update posted Transactions as it is one of the very old accounting and audit concepts
Posted Transactions should not be changed or updated
So , by default functionalities that will change posting date is not allowed and not existed
All you can do ,
if the invoice does not involved in currency valuation , and will not affect your stock you can un apply the document from vendor ledger , then create a credit memo , post the invoice again in correct date and link to the payment manually or during the post
if the Invoice is related in apply to currency valuation then unapply will not be applicable , and my recomondation is to leave it specially it is in the same accounting period , so the result on Income statment will not be changed
