AUTO CREATION OF PURCHASE ORDER/PURCHASE INVOICES FROM OUTLOOK

Hi community,
 
I want to auto create purchase order or purchase invoice if a vendor send me purchase order via email/outlook. Is there any possibillity to achieve this in standard or any app on appsource?

    Option 1 - Payables Agent
     
    You can see preview mode of Payabes Agent  . It creates Purchase Invoice .  Its not generally available yet . 
     
     
    Shows the Payables Agent flow
     
    Second Option  - Power Automate Flow
     
    Create Power-automate flow and set parameters as below example . Parameters need to be very specific . COmplex the case then you need to set flow accordingly and processes accordingly based on vendors

    I could not find any specific app in appsource meeting your requirements .

    Hello,
    Standard Business Central cannot fully auto-create purchase orders or invoices from vendor emails; at best, you can use Incoming Documents + OCR to semi-automatically create purchase invoices with manual review. Power Automate can be used with Outlook and BC APIs, but it requires custom flows, PDF parsing, and ongoing maintenance. In real projects, customers typically use AppSource solutions like Continia Document Capture, Zetadocs Capture, ExFlow, or Yooz, which read vendor emails, extract data via OCR/AI, and automatically create and approve purchase invoices (and match to POs). If full automation is the goal, AppSource is the practical choice.
