Is workflow mandatory for project quotations?

We are using project quotations workflow. The project quotations can be created by multiple users, and we do not need a separate approval process hence we wish to skip this step completely. 
But, when I disable a project quotation workflow (Review project quotations), I am unable to send the quotations. It seems that having a workflow for project quotations is mandatory. Is it so? Is there any way to skip it?

    are you referring to F&O or to something else? I couldnt find any parameters for the quotation workflow.

    Hi @Adis - I am referring to D365 FO Project quotations approval workflow. It is named as Review project quotation. You can find it under Project management and accounting workflows.

    Ok, I was looking in the parameters where I can define which workflow is to be used.
     
    However, could be that it is mandatory. What you could do is to set Automatic actions in the workflow designer. Just put in a condition that will always be met and and the result as approved.

    Hi,
     
    Without the workflow definition, the option to send and thereafter confirming it is not available. You can follow the workaround provided by Adis.
