Hi Experts

Our Users are asking about the following notifications they receive on there Role Center

We do have security filters assigned on certain permissions.

My question is then why do they receive these notifications the whole time, and how can I disable them globally?

Regards,
I have the same question (0)

    Hi

These messages inform users that some records are inaccessible due to those security filters applied on their roles or permissions within the application. This is expected behavior when security roles limit access to specific data subsets. The organization can review and adjust security filters or role permissions to manage what data is accessible and reduce these notifications if desired.

    Thanks

    hi

In Business Central, the security filter notification appears because permission sets have security filters, and the system warns users that they are only seeing part of the data. This is normal behavior, but it can become repetitive since it shows up each time a list, report, or lookup is run with restricted data. To stop this globally, administrators can disable the notification in Notification Setup by turning off the related message, or each user can go into My Settings → Notifications and switch it off individually. If more control is needed, an AL extension can also be developed to suppress the notification programmatically.
