I don't understand the issues happening I have all the rights of business central so first there is an issue with some user with a report of purchase order that they are seeing blank column in the item no of the report while I print the same report I can see the item no in the column.

Then in a custom uploader page I got a complain that there is a date field whenever he is importing the date is showing one day backward but when I am importing the same excel no such issue occurred with the date field.

Second issue seems to be a timezone issue.

Please compare the Timezones under User Settings
