Hello Expert,
I need help with cleaning up/deleting users from the User table (2000000120). The scenario is as follows:
- The Sandbox environment “ABCD” was transferred from Tenant A to Tenant B using the Environment Transfer functionality into Sandbox environment “XYZ”.
- Environment “ABCD” originally had around 20 users created under Tenant A. After the transfer, these users are still visible in environment “XYZ” under Tenant B, where currently only one Admin user exists.
- In Sandbox “ABCD”, some users had valid Dynamics 365 licenses, while some users had already been deleted.
Steps already attempted:
- Tried deleting users one by one from the Users page, but the system does not allow deletion and redirects to the Dynamics 365 Admin Center for Sandbox “XYZ”.
- Checked the users in Dynamics 365 Admin Center, but those users are not available there, so no action can be performed from the admin side.
- Table 2000000120 is a system table, so there does not appear to be any direct option from Business Central or the Admin Center to remove these orphaned users.
- Here append activities is already perform.
Please suggest a solution to clean up the existing users that no longer belong to Tenant B.
Thank you.
