Predefined Power Bi Reports

Good day,

I'm getting the attached message when I try to open the pre-defined reports in BC, this is also happening with another user with the Accountant role. What is surprising is that I'm able to open the reports created in Power Bi same as the other user.

What I do have on my machine is the Power Bi Desktop version.

Any insight welcomed, I hope I'm in the right forum.

In order to use the reports you have to do a few things.

1. The user should have a Power BI licenses and should be able to access Power BI online (app.powerbi.com)

2. They should be added as a viewer to that workspace (at least as a viewer):

3. In Business Central you should search for Power BI Reports Setup and make sure that the applicable Power BI workspace is selected for each "Report":

Unfortunately any user who wants to view these reports needs to have that Power BI licensing or they will encounter errors. And all permissions will be related to power BI permissions/access and not necesarily BC access.
