    Hi

Could you please give more information on this, which environment (Dev, Prod or UAT) you are trying to access. In D365FO by default Environment administrator will have access to D365.

    Thanks,
    Subra

To access to Microsoft Dynamics 365 is tightly controlled, so when it says “contact your admin”, it means your user account doesn’t currently have permission in

that tenant. When Dynamics 365 asks you to “contact your admin,” it means your account lacks access in that organization.

There’s no direct way to see the admin from the error page, so the best approach is to contact your internal IT team, colleagues who already use Dynamics, or

check the Microsoft 365 portal or Power Platform Admin Center if accessible.

Once you find the admin, request the necessary license and security roles to access and extract the required data.

Please ask your clients to create a new account with their tenant or kindly ask them add your current account in their tenant. so that you are able to access their system without any issues.

Kindly refer the below links for further information.
