Item page Planning fields

Hi
We have just migrated to SaaS, and taken the opportunity to fix our access by re-writing our permissions.
Some users have found on the item page, they cannot see most of the fields under the planning section.
Does anyone know if there is another table to include these lines?
Thanks
I have the same question (0)

No it's just the item table. Is their profile maybe personalized to hide those fields?

Hi, Have you already clicked "Show more"?

You can try the following method to add the fields to the page.

    Hello ,

Those missing “Planning” fields on the Item Card aren’t from another table you forgot to add; they’re mostly Item (Table 27) fields, but the Planning FastTab is conditionally hidden by permissions. After rewriting permissions in SaaS, users typically lose Read access to related planning tables (most commonly Stockkeeping Unit – Table 5700, and sometimes Item Vendor/Vendor or planning worksheet objects), and the page hides the fields automatically. Compare effective permissions between a working and non-working user and add the missing read permissions—once those are back, the Planning fields reappear.

    Hi,

There is no additional table permission other then Item table is required.

However the fields may not show due to the profile of User. Check User Role in User Settings page. You can also check Personalization, if user has done any personalization.

Also can you check if there is any customization done on Item card page?

    Regards,
    Dhiren.

Thank you all for your reply, we have managed to fix the issue.

firstly we added table 99000829, then compared our item_modify with the item_create permission sets. but still no fix.

We then removed all permission from the user except item_modify, he could then see the planning fields, we then re-added his normal permission sets and he could still see the planning field.

    Very strange

    Thanks again for your reply

Please ensure the Item they are looking at is Type = Inventory.  The Planning Tab is conditionally hidden when the Item is Type = Service or Non-Inventory, since the system doesn't track Quantity on Hand, therefore no planning.

If the Item is a true Inventory Item, then remove any Page Personalizations (specific to the Item Page) and any Profile Personalizations (specific to the Item Page) are removed, which will set the Item Page back to the default view.

Hopefully one of these two changes will restore your User's visibility of the Planning fields.

    Best Regards,
