Moving Personalization's from D365 from one user to another

Hello:
 
We have a D365 user with a corrupt profile and Microsoft has suggested we delete the use record and recreate it after attempting other solutions.
 
The user has many personalizations and if we delete his login, he will lose them.
 
If there a way to export his personalizations from his old account, delete it, and import his personalizations to his new account so he does not
have to recreate them from scratch.

    Yes you can do that.
     
    I ve created a blog regarding the personalization topic.  Personalization - Create, manage & publish views
     
    You can find here the export and import button. Alternatively, you can also filter by the owner, copy all personalizations to a (Service) user and then copy it to the newly created user.
