Can't print shipping label from a specific PC

I have a client who is currently still on NAV 2016. There is a user who is trying to print shipping labels when generated from the specific PC (when printing from a different PC, it prints). When he selects a specific printer to print from in NAV, the printer selected in the Printer Selection changes to 'Printer Name (redirecting xx)'. This happens to all the printers and only happens on this specific PC.
Does anyone know why this happens?

We need to know what Shipping software you are using. Is it a NAV add-on? Which product are they using? Often times these have specific software from the third-party provider that needs to be installed specifically for shipping stations.

    Hello,

If NAV 2016 shows printers as “Printer Name (redirected xx)” only on one PC, that user is connecting through Remote Desktop and Windows is redirecting their local printers. NAV treats each redirected printer as a different printer, so Printer Selections break.

    Fix (any of these):

Turn off RDP printer redirection on that PC.

Or disable printer redirection via Group Policy.

Or install the printers directly on the NAV server instead of relying on redirected ones.

It’s not a NAV issue, it’s Windows RDP printer redirection.
