Bit of background
Created a new environment to enable a new Dataverse to be created. The new environment is to be used to send out marketing material to Patients and Carers, so data is to be kept separate from other Contacts.
KingswaySoft is used to enable data to be sent from one application to the Dynamics. We want to use the same Management connector to send data to the new environment Contacts table. To enable segment and sending out the marketing material.
The issue is stated below
We currently have an Azure application used to transfer information from RiO into Dynamics CRM. The application is named something like RiO_Dynamics_Link.
We now need to use this same application to send data to a different CRM environment. To facilitate this, could an additional client secret be generated for the existing application and provided to us?
It is important that the current client secret remains active, as rotating it would disrupt the existing integration.
Also the connector we use mentions it may need the Redirect URL from the application can you let me know what this is set as in case I do need it, thank you.
Hopefully what is being attempted is possible??
