We cannot open in Excel to download a list on any page in Business Central. We are getting an error message saying:
"Could not connect to the SharePoint site. SharePoint Server returned the following error: Could not connect to the following SharePoint site: 'https://halmaholdingsinc-my.sharepoint.com/'. SharePoint Server returned the following error: 'Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation.'."
Do you know how to fix this? I believe we had BC permissions before. Are there SharePoint issues? I thought all files get stored in OneDrive?

Hi, Don’t you have a Microsoft 365 license?
I'm not sure if it's related, you can try disabling the following option first.
In addition, this may also be a problem caused by customization. It is recommended that you contact your partner directly.
