I have a customer who recently got training on running the Prod. Order - Job Card. The layout that he was running did not match what was shown in training. The one was running was one the Microsoft Standard layouts.
The .app file was uploaded and the report layout that was used in training is now on the report layouts page (it is a NISRouteCardv2 by ForNAV extension and the layout type is Word). On the report selection production orders page on the job card option, I entered the correct layout the customer wants to run. However, when I go to run the Prod. Order - Job Card on the top of the filters page where it specifies the report layout being used, it still only shows the standard Microsoft report, despite having updated the report selection page to pull the correct layout.
