VAT On Card Fee from Retail Store Commerce APP

Hello,
I've setup Pay Card on UAT in retail and commerce > all stores > payment method (d365 F&O). 10% Card fee is being charged, and on this 10% card fee I need to add VAT/tax. Is it possible within D365 F&O framework? Need suggestions please. Thanks!
