How does the Sales Order Agent calculate pricing for an item included in its generated response or quote?

    Hello,
     
    The Sales Order Agent does not calculate prices itself.
    It simply creates a Sales Quote and Business Central’s standard pricing engine calculates the item price (price lists, discounts, customer agreements, best price logic).
     
    So the agent only uses BC pricing — it never computes prices on its own.
