Price Syncronisation BC => Shopify

Hi All,
 
I am using a standart connector between D365 BC & shopify, and syncronising prices from BC to shopify.
 
A shopify admin, changed manually the price in shopify and after that he started Price Sync, but the price is not being restored.
 
Item Card Price = 500
Item price shopify (Manual) = 600
 
After syncronisation finished, Price in shopify still = 600.
 
If prices are changed manually in shopify, should the syncronization update it to 500?

    Hello,
     
    Manual price changes in Shopify stay unless price sync from Business Central is set to push updates.
    Set Price Sync Direction to To Shopify and enable Can Update Shopify Products, then run Sync Prices to restore BC prices.

    Hi,
     
    If you want BC prices to overwrite manual changes in Shopify, make sure the connector settings are configured correctly. Set Price Sync Direction to To Shopify, enable Can Update Shopify Products, and then run Sync Prices. This will push the BC price back to Shopify and restore consistency.
