Issue 1 — Excel for the web: Clicking Sign in and selecting my profile does nothing. I never get past sign-in to Refresh/Publish. Message Center logs Not authorized (0.0s) repeatedly

Issue 2 — Excel desktop: Sign-in works, data loads, but Publish is greyed out on Purchase Invoice Lines with the tooltip:
The following data sources cannot be published: Purchase_invoicePurchLines_excel (ID field not bound).

Tried: multiple users (incl. Global Admin), multiple browsers, both Excel web and desktop.

Question: How do I get Publish to work on Purchase Lines, and why does browser sign-in silently fail?

Worth mentioning: This has worked properly previously!
