Hi team,
 
I'm working on the assembly orders I have one item under that child items are there in the assembly BOM there is 0 quantity & in child we have 1 qty. now I'm creating the SO and creating the warehouse shipment. but when I'm creating the pick of that it shows me nothing to handle. could you please help me how assembly orders work with warehouse process. and I want to make it in assemble to order it's not working in it, but it works in assemble to stock. need help for assemble to orders.

    How to post/finish the assembly- After creating the SO system creates the assembly orders and form there, I don't see any post option here is the screen shot of the assembly order-

    In Assemble-to-Order, items are only available after the linked assembly order is posted, so warehouse pick shows nothing to handle until assembly is finished.
    Ensure parent item has Assembly Policy = Assemble-to-Order and BOM has correct quantities.
    When SO is released, system creates assembly order → you must post/finish assembly first.
    Then pick/ship the assembled item, not its child items.
    Assemble-to-Stock works directly since stock exists in inventory.
