How to seperate solutions

Hello,

We've implemented all the Microsoft CE modules, and I was just wondering should I create separate solutions for each module? Do you create solutions for business logic, entities, forms and views, or how do you seperate solutions? What's your strategy working with solutions in a effeicent way?

There isn't a best way to organize your solution, it will depends the logic of your business.

For example, if the logic of the processes changes regularly, it makes sense to have a solution with only the processes.

Hi Denzo199913,

When creating solutions I like them to only contain the components I am modifying and components I want to export. It is easier to locate just the solution components that you have customised if you create separate solutions and do all your customisation work there. This also makes it easy to export backups of your solutions as a smaller file. I avoid working directly in the default solution.
