Hello everyone,

I'm trying to edit a General Journal using the Excel Add -In but I'm getting the following error.

Error Loading Metadata Details: Please check server connection, verify the current user has proper access, and try again. Error message: 'Metadata was unable to be retrieved for entity General_Journals as it was not found.'

I'm logged with the same account to Business Central and the Add-in.

Hello,

I found a solution. If I delete the Object ID 39 on the Web Services the Add-In works again.

What type of authentication are you using assuming this is OnPrem BC. What release is this?
