Error Message When Posting a line with a discount applied

Hello,

I am attempting to post an order that has a G/L line added to a sales order for freight (Line No. 2000) that we are 100 % discounting. I am receiving this error messsage : You must enter a value in Gen. Prod. Posting Group for Line No. 20000 if you want to post discounts for that line.". When I look in the Gen. Prod. Posting set up page, we have this specific G/L set up under the "Sales Line Disc. Account" column as well as many others (Sales Account, Sales Credit Memo account, Sales inv. Disc Account etc.). I am not too sure what could be driving this error. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could be missing?

The G/L Account listed in line 2000 needs a General Product Posting Group assigned on its G/L card. This is required because while there’s an entry for this G/L account, a discount is also applied. The system requires this information to determine which G/L account to post the discount to. It will use the discount account from the General Product Posting Group assigned to the G/L account.

Use the search button to find and open the "Chart of Accounts" page.

Locate your G/L account on the Chart of Accounts page.

Click on the account number to open the G/L account.

You will see the General Product Posting Group.
