Hi all,
i've set the BC Add-in in Outlook.
Assume that my contact sends me an email, asking for an offer. I create it in the bc Add-in directly in outlook (it works) and i send the offer pdf attached to the reply email that i send in outlook.
Is there a way to see the trace of the email sent in outlook directly from the offer in BC?
I know the "email sent" log page in BC, but there i can only see emails sent directly from BC.
