    Hi IdealProtein,

The issue mentioned in this post is somewhat similar to yours, which you can refer to:

    Hi Charlotte,

Thank you for your response. I updated the unit conversions but I am still facing the below error msg:

Wave CWAV000322645 has been created for shipment CSIDO00317640.

No work was created for wave CWAV000322645. See the work creation history log for details.

    Fix issues

A Shipment CSID000317640 has not been processed because one or more lines could not be allocated.

A Shipment CSIDO00317640 was not fully allocated.

    Hi IdealProtein.

When it says that one of more lines could not be fully allocated, it is usually because there is reserved inventory that cannot be picked because your location directives do not allow to pick in the locations where the stock is located.  I see that there is Replenishment, I suspect its Demand Replenishment?  Was there any replenishment work created?  Is there an error with the Replenishment work creation.

So locate the reserved inventory and compare with your sales order pick location directives and replenishment pick location directives for that warehouse to see if they allow the reserved items to be located.

Hi Danny, thank you so much for your response and assistance! The set up location/ directive of the item was not correct. After updating the correct "location profile ID" and "zone ID" under the locations section it worked! thank you again. appreciate your assistance.
