Hi community

I hope you can help out here. we are currently performing a migration of released products, however we receive the error below:

Results. The settings for the reservation hierarchy do not match the settings for the dimension groups that are assigned to the item. Make sure that the inventory dimensions for the reservation hierarchy are physically tracked for the dimension groups.

What is the setup of tracking dimension? And Please check if the data in import file is correct.

Thank you. Please see below. We have both kind of items :batch and non-batch tracked. Currently these items are all WMS enabled and have the same reservation hierachy (incl. batch). Do we need to change the reservation hierarchy for non-batch tracked items to "none" (no-batch included)?

Hi Joelliechti

Yes, on the Items which have Batch enabled will need a different Reservation hierarchy from the Items which are not enabled for Batch.
