Loyalty points not adding, showing zero

Hope you are doing great.
 
I m facing an issue, I have setup a loyalty program and scheme. I issue loyalty card and add it to cart but whenever I check out it does not add the points on the card.
 
The following is my configuration:

Whenever I add and check out from cart, it doesn't add points to the card:
and this is last transaction performed by me: for the this customer:
 
 
Can someone please help me on this? Need to add/redeem loyalty points.

    Hi,
    Related blog mentions that you can try restarting the IIS service from the lifecycle service (sandbox environment) and also need to fully synchronize the retail job to solve this problem. Before doing so, please check and ensure that the loyalty plan, hierarchy, and rules are correctly defined according to the article.

    You will need to review multiple configurations. 
    1.  Make sure that the loyalty card is assigned to a tier. You have only one tier setup for which the minimum points required has been set to 10.  Usually, when you create a card they start with 0 points. It will be better to set it to 0.
    2. After all configurations are done, you need to run the batch job named "Process Loyalty Schemes" which will explode the lines based on your configuration.
    3.  There are two ways to calculate and post the loyalty points. If you enable the below config to Yes, the points will be calculated asynchronously after the data is pulled to HQ. You will need to run another batch job called "Post earned points in batches". 
    If it is set to no, the points will be calculated and posted in real-time from the POS.
     
    4. After all required configurations are done, push an increment of 1050 and 1110 (i recommend a 9999).

        Logs and Debugging: Check if there are any error logs or debugging tools available for your loyalty program setup. They can provide insights into what might be going wrong during the points calculation process.
