May I ask is it possible to install all 3 tiers of Navision server, DB and client on one laptop to practice?

Yes it is. I do that all the time.

To install the latest version you can follow the download link in this post.

bc365.co/.../

If you want an older version you need to find a similar link for that. Unless you have the DVD avalible.
