What does Archive means in Business Central when searching for General Ledger Entries?

Hi Community,
 
I'm starting to use BC, and my version is the latest BC. I'm curious why is it that when I search General Ledger Entries, beside it, it indicate here Archive?
I see that there are Archive and Reports a& Anlysis.. so my question is..
 
1. What is Archive means? Is this archive the same meaning as Purchase Order Archive?
 
2. How many category are there considering there is Reports & Analysis, and there is Archive?

    Yes, it’s similar in meaning to “Purchase Order Archive.”
    Archive means the page deals with historical or snapshot data.

    In Business Central, Archive next to General Ledger Entries just means it's a page showing posted (historical) data—it's not the same as a Purchase Order Archive. Business Central uses labels like Archive, Reports & Analysis, Setup, and Tasks to group pages by purpose, helping you find what you need more easily.
