CRM online reports "Unavailable"

 Hi,

I currently have a CRM Online Trial running and when I select reports it says "No report records are available"; where in all my other Online Trials there have been the standard list of reports.

When I go to create a new report, the new report form opens but it has a warning at the top "Reports are still being prepared and will be available in a few minutes".  This has been like this for around 10 days.

Anyone seen this before or know how to fix this?

    Richard,

    I have seen cases like these before...I had a case where no data was imported when I created the Trial...No Reports, No Accounts, No data!

    The "solution" is, unfortunately, to create a new Trial. You can start a new ticket with Microsoft Support but the time you it will take to open the ticket is about the same with starting a new trial.

    Hi Gus,

    Thanks for your advice.  I thought this may be the case, I was just hoping there would be a "quick fix".

    I will just create a new trial and bring any data across.
