Hello,

Understanding that the comments field when posting general journals does not flow through, is there any other alternative to save and post comments?

Use Attachments (paperclip icon) to add notes or supporting documents to journal entries.

You can find comment in General Ledger Entries.

It does. It is just hidden from the page. You can ask your developer to add the Comment field to the page.

it does post through to the GL Entry table (17) but the field is not available on the page. A developer can add the field for you.

You can modify the description field, that will flow through to the posted entries
