I can review the image displayed in factbox of item card, customer card,
how can I customize it to add a button called zoom in/out to it, to allow user to view the image in proper size?

Hi, Unfortunately, as far as I know, BC does not have this function. You can either choose to directly zoom in on the current page, or download the pictures to view locally.
