Hello Community,

our customer is experiencing increasing problems with the "good old" CRM Outlook Add-In (https://learn.microsoft.com/de-de/dynamics365/outlook-addin/admin-guide/install):

The Add-In itself is active in Outlook and the server URL is also entered in the Configuration Wizard. However, the buttons in Outlook are grayed out and therefore cannot be used.
Removing the URL and setting it up again via the Configuration Wizard did not provide a solution either (this had helped in the past).

Does anyone also have problems with the CRM Outlook Add-In ? Have you already found a solution?

Hi,

I’ve encountered a similar issue with the new Outlook, and it was resolved by updating the permissions. I’d recommend clearing the Outlook cache and checking if the issue persists in the Outlook web app.
