How change Quantity when the order line is associated with sales order?

Hi community

Do you know how to change Quantity when the order line is associated with a sales order?

I found two ways for that: one is to delete the purchase order and create again another one. The second option is to create another sales order line with the same product but a different quantity.

In my case, I want to modify the quantity directly without the two last options. any suggestion?

Thank you I will appreciate it.

Hi, you are right, which means that already associated lines cannot be changed  and you must recreate new lines.
Purchase Orders created using the following method are not subject to this control.

Hope this can give you some hints.
    Thanks.
