Hi,

Our BC user used to log in Dynamics 365 business central from office 365. but the icon is missing from the list.

Had tried solution from other threads using 'sync' but to no avail.

Icon not able to shown.

Kindly advise if there's other solution to fix this as user do not want to login using tenant link.

Thanks a lot!

    Dear all,

The issue has been resolved via internal mitigation.  To be sure that BC tiles are back on dynamics home page, push sync button and check filters too.

    Thanks.

Thanks Marco, we too have clients suffering from this issue. Will make sure they bookmark the site for now. Good work around until this is fixed.

RE: Dynamics 365 Business Central icon missing

    Update:

If you do not know the precise name of your tenants (or your users ask you for the correct direct url), then the Admin center will list these.

    Workaround:

    1. logon to businesscentral.dynamics.com

    2. use your Office 365 credentials (using an account that can access the Admin center)

    3. click on Help icon and then select Help & Support

    4. scroll down to the below

    5. note and copy the Azure AD tenant (it is a long string)

    6. logon to businesscentral.dynamics.com/.../admin

The Admin center will give you the list of environment names

    E.g.:

    businesscentral.dynamics.com/.../production

    businesscentral.dynamics.com/.../prodcronusltd

Alternatively, you can contract the url like this:

    businesscentral.dynamics.com/.../

    E.g.:

    businesscentral.dynamics.com/.../

It will ask you to what environment you would like to logon.

That will get you in again.

    Thanks.

RE: Dynamics 365 Business Central icon missing

    Hello,

Thank you for reporting this via community. I will report it internally. It does seem to be a global issue. If I do know more, I will post it here.

Meanwhile as a workaround, you can use businesscentral.dynamics.com and then logon with your Office 365 credentials.

    Thanks.

Same issue is also occurring in our Tennant.  Was fine yesterday, today the link is missing.  I can log in via a saved direct link I have, but the icon is missing.  Microsoft must have updated something overnight!
