Looking for a staff to implement Business Central

Hello,
I would like to inquire whether Microsoft has a database or resource for connecting with individuals who possess expertise in Business Central (BC) or Dynamics 365.

Currently, I am pursuing my studies in Microsoft Business Central and have observed that many companies I have engaged with regarding BC implementation have only a superficial understanding of the product, lacking in-depth knowledge. Consequently, I have decided to invest my time and resources into developing a customized solution tailored to the industry in which I operate. My aim is to create a plug-and-play product that minimizes the need for extensive implementation, which often leads to project failures. I intend to offer this solution as an additional service to the clients I support.

However, as I delve deeper into Microsoft products, I have realized that managing this solution independently may pose significant challenges, particularly when serving multiple clients. Therefore, I am seeking guidance on how to locate qualified individuals who have a strong understanding of the product and who might be open to exploring new opportunities.

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi, you can post your job openings on Linkedin.
Also, if you're looking for new partners, you can search on AppSource.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Microsoft doesn’t maintain an official site for individuals categorized by product skills, as talent management isn’t their responsibility. However, there are several programs offered by Microsoft that support individual growth and recognition. These can help you identify and connect with the right experts:

The Microsoft Community is vast and active

Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) Program

    Microsoft FastTrack

    Microsoft Certified Professionals

These resources are a great starting point for finding individuals with the expertise you’re looking for.

    Thanks, Ramesh
