1. May I know what do you call this item in sales line?

The type was not chosen, it is not an item or Fixed Asset or GL account..

2. If sales order is posted, will there be any values going into GL accounts?

If the type is blank is like a comment line. It's more often used on invoices when you indicate the shipping that you're invoicing

Thanks for replying. Oh I missed out something. I'm referring to when I remove the type, and then I dropdown the No., I see that my system has already created some "items" inside. May I know what do we call them? Thank you!

Hi, Standard Text Codes. These are just text messages, and since you haven't set up a posting group, they won't be posted in GL.

Hope you don't mind elaborate where do I insert the GL?

From Standard Sales Codes, I see no column pr field for GL accounts

Hi, Hi, sorry I may not have been clear. Posting groups cannot be set in Standard Text Codes, so it will not post to GL.
And please note that the window you open is not Standard Text Codes
