Closing off a PO quantity in a Open/ Confirmed PO

Hi

How do I close off a remaining quantity on an open line that will not be received in?

Eg- Line 2 Qty is 250,000.000kg, recieved 248,600.0000 - 1,400.0000 still open on that line.

I want to close that line as that 1,400.0000 will not be arriving into stock. PO is still in confirmed and open order status.

    You can use Delivery Reminder - Cancel on line.

    Hi April,
     
    Open the order. Using the buttons above the Lines grid, hit Update line > Update > Deliver remainder. Press Cancel quantity to cancel the remaining quantity on the order line.
     
    If the order has Workflow enabled, you may need to use Request change before you do this.
