Using Peripheral Simultator Hardware station in POS

I want to test receipt printing using the POS Peripheral simulator.

I have set up a Hardware profile, linked the Virtual peripherals package, in the Pirnter details I added, Printer = OPOS, Device name = MockOPOSPrinter, Receipt Profile ID = Default. I download and install the peripheral simulator, AND download and install the CCO pacakge from this link: http://monroecs.com/oposccos_current.htm

Then on the store I set up my hardware station; I link the Port as it is displayed on the peripheral simulator. I am not sure if I need to link a package reference, but tested with and without one attached.

I configured a register that also links to this hardware station and set up a device linked to the regsiter. I run the 9999 job.

When I access the POS using the device URL, I click select hardware station, however the list is empty.

Does anyone have any advice how I can get this up and running?

    Hi,

Dedicated HWS only support MPOS. If you want use CPOS, you need install the shared HWS for it.

You can refer to below site for more detail. Hope this can help you.

Hi Xusheng, where do we get the SSL Certificate the configuration requires? Is it something we generate from LCS, or there is a different process?

    Hi,

You can create a self signed certificate from IIS for it.
