Update failed - Error: Update failed with an internal error.

.Trying to update our production environment from 22.5.59966.60134 to 23.0.12034.12676.  Update keeps failing.
 
Only ,message returned is  Error: Update failed with an internal error.
 
No telemetry and the reason error code states 'UKNOWN'.. 
 
Have removed all extension 3rd party extension...  No idea where to look next.
 
Any ideas?

    It is recommended to send an SR to Microsoft support team.
    There is nothing partners and customers can do........
