Hello Zibba.
1. All senders and recipients must be added as system users and the eMail addresses must be confirmed.
2. When one or more senders or recipients are disabled the system cannot send the email.
Kind regards,
Karsten
Hi Karsten,
The Sender is a CRM Non-Interactive user, which is enabled and its mailbox approved and enabled and tested. The recipient is a normal CRM user, I do receive emails when sending to and from this user.
However, I get the above errors when using Non-Interactive account.
Regards,
Okay.... what is the invitation status of sender and recipient?
Would you please let me know where I could check the invitation status?
Hello.
It's an attribute on user entity.
You can search for it with help of Adv. Find, for example.
Thanks Karsten,
The invitation status is 'invitation not sent'
I am also having the same issue, and can see 'invitation not sent'. What invitation is this referring to and how do I send it?
I have experienced the same error-message recently.
I discovered that one of the recipients (a Contact) had an e-mailaddress containing an em dash ("—"). This resulted in the entire mail-activity not to be sent. When the Contact was updated with the correct e-mailaddress, everything worked fine.
